Starting on June 9, 2025, paid delegates of the 18th APVRS Congress are eligible to book their accommodation through the congress system. To reserve a hotel room, please click on the respective hotel’s booking link listed in the congress system. For any other special request, booking amendment or cancellation, please liaise with the hotel directly and quote the booking ID provided by the hotel upon confirmation of your accommodation reservation.
