Be cautious of fake or scammer websites and emails pretending to be the official APVRS 2025 system, as these are not affiliated with us.

Please be advised that congress.2025.apvrs.org is the only official system for congress registration.

In addition, all hotel booking confirmation emails will be sent exclusively from the official APVRS email domain (@apvrs.org) or directly from the hotel. No other entities, including those claiming to be appointed travel agencies, are authorized to handle APVRS 2025 bookings.

Verify the website and sender before responding to any registration or booking-related communications. Do not disclose any personal information if you have concerns.
